UX Polish: Note vs Text

There doesnt seem to be enough of a difference between a note and a text element to justify having both.

I understand you would want to differentiate between a document (which gets saved as a file in the filesystem) and a text that stays on the board. Those have different purposes.

But the difference between note and text right now is merely visual format. It doesnt seem like they do very distinct jobs. A note has a background color and a text does not.
