exporting dont work in google mobile
I'm using visualOS in the built-in browser of the Google app on an iPad. My canvas is saved and still accessible, but tapping Export backup displays a saved confirmation without creating a downloadable JSON file. Connecting a folder also does nothing because this browser doesn't support folder access.
How can I export my existing workspace from this browser without losing my canvas? Is there a workaround specifically for the Google app on iPad?

Good news: the hotfix is live. Here's how to get your canvas out of the Google app:
Stay in the Google app. Reload the page once so the update loads (or close it and open my.visualos.app again in the Google app).
Then open Folder & Workspace inside the visualOS Settings and tap Export backup.
The share sheet opens. Tap "Save to Files", pick a place such as iCloud Drive or On My iPad, and tap Save. If a small "Export backup" window appears first, tap Save there. Large canvases take a moment to pack.
Open visualOS where you want to continue. Go to Folder & Workspace, tap Import backup and choose the file. The import replaces everything that is there, so only do this where there's nothing you want to keep.
Please don't clear the Google app's history or website data until you've checked that everything arrived.
Browsers on iPad can't connect a folder. This is a restriction from Apple…, so on the web your canvas only lives in that browser's storage. The visualOS iPad app saves it as real files in a folder you choose. If you stay on the web, an occasional backup keeps you on the safe side.
Please let me know if it has worked!
